Website delivery

When you visit a website, connection data needed for its operation is processed, including your IP address, the time of access, requested URL, and browser and device information. This processing supports delivery and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in secure technical operation.

The website is delivered as static files through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes connection data to deliver the website and protect its network. Its Data Processing Addendum is incorporated into its service agreement and includes standard contractual clauses for relevant international transfers. Processing can take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Worker request logs, traces, and log exports are not enabled for this static website. The operator does not maintain a separate website access-log archive. This does not exclude Cloudflare's own operational and security processing. Under its Data Processing Addendum, data processed on our behalf is retained until the service agreement ends or processing is no longer needed to perform it, whichever comes first. Cloudflare describes its own processing and retention criteria, including service purposes and legal obligations, in its Privacy Policy. No universal number of retention days applies to all these different records.

Contacting us

If you contact me by email or telephone, I process your contact details and the content of your inquiry to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for precontractual or contractual inquiries. Data is deleted when the inquiry has been resolved, unless statutory retention requirements apply.

Email to kontakt@maxkorn.de is received through ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Gmail is also used to read and reply to these messages. This involves Google processing the sender's address, message content, attachments, and technical email information. Google operates internationally; processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. See ALL-INKL's privacy information, Google's Privacy Policy, and Google's international transfer frameworks, which describe adequacy decisions, the Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses. You can also contact the operator by telephone or post.

Cookies, local assets, and analytics

The website stores your privacy preference under lunatic-privacy-choice in Local Storage on your device. The record contains the preference version and date. A choice is valid for 365 days; after that, a new choice is requested on your next visit. Local Storage does not expire automatically, so the stored record remains until replaced or cleared through your browser settings. If browser storage is blocked, the choice applies to the current page only. No analytics or marketing cookies, analytics services, externally hosted fonts, embedded marketplaces, or contact forms are integrated. Local assets are served directly with the website. You can reopen the controls on the Cookie settings page. Adding optional services will require a new choice.

Depending on the security features applied to a request, Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies. These are separate from analytics or advertising. Cloudflare explains their purposes in its cookie documentation.

External links and future offers

External websites are only opened when you follow a link. Where available, product links lead to Amazon.com (US); no marketplace is embedded in this website. The operator of the destination website is responsible for its subsequent data processing. No affiliate program is currently configured.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR).

Right to object

You may object at any time to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Processing will stop unless overriding compelling legitimate grounds apply or the processing is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Right to complain

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), particularly in your place of residence, workplace, or the location of the alleged infringement. The authority for my registered address in Hesse is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: Submit a complaint.
